Data Collection and Analysis

We would like to collaborate with students to gather data for renewable generation and Electric Vehicle load and create predictive machine learning models in our organization. Through using open source data and applying analytics models, methodologies, and machine learning tools, we hope to get an end-to-end machine learning solution. Students should be prepared to: Identify and extract the data from various online sources and save in internal cloud data base. Develop a unique machine learning solution to make predictions. Create crone jobs(or similar) and data scrapping tools for daily copy, clean up data and create scripts to make daily reports. A few areas of specific interest for us include: Python data scrapping Recommendation forecasting methodologies Bad data detection Reporting & Visualization
