Cambrian College's Computer Programming - Internet of Things program offers first-year learners the opportunity to engage in practical, hands-on projects that enhance their technical and employability skills. Students will collaborate in teams to design and implement IoT systems, gaining valuable experience in project management, data analysis, and testing. Through this course, learners aim to build a comprehensive understanding of integrating hardware, software, and communications in real-world applications. As an employer, your role is crucial. We expect you to maintain regular communication with the learners, provide essential guidance and information, and participate virtually in the final presentation. Consult for Impact is an experiential learning opportunity that encourages the application of theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios. Non-profit organizations and social start-ups will have the opportunity to receive pro-bono consulting services . Our business students are passionate about providing meaningful impact and want to apply their consulting skills, tools, and methodologies to advance the mandate of organizations.
