I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute as an HR intern in recruiting and onboarding new interns. This project not only allowed me to develop core HR skills like sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, but also provided valuable insights into real business operations. Particularly, I gained experience in how HR strategy aligns with company priorities, which I found very insightful.
