Organizational Behavior Dynamics course is designed to examine the important issues and procedures regarding functions of the organization. Participants will understand the major aspects of the organization that contribute to the organizational culture, managing work behavior, perceptions and emotions, motivation and stress, providing evaluation, feedback and rewards for constructive behavior as well as managing misbehavior. This course will demonstrate how balanced advocacy will facilitate a harmonious work environment with employer and employees as well as team dynamics, managing conflict, negotiation, communication, decision making, leadership, organizational structure and design, managing change, innovation and creativity.
